This article will walk you through how to set up your Medical Director in Prospyr, assign them notes to review, and add their signature to notes.
Prerequisites for Setting Up MD Sign-Off:
Your Medical Director has been invited to your Prospyr account via the Team section with the role of Provider or Owner
You have created a Provider record in the providers section of your workspace for the Medical Director (your medical director does not need to have an associated schedule or services in Prospyr)
The user account of your medical director is linked to their Provider record via the "Related User" dropdown within the Provider record:
Assigning a note to your medical director for signature:
Assigning a note to your Medical Director for review is extremely simple! When the note is complete, simply use the "Assign to" option on the note itself to select your medical director:
Then, proceed to save and sign your note as usual (your medical director will be able to cosign):
Completing notes you have been assigned as a provider or Medical Director:
Once you have been assigned a note, you will get a notification on your hope screen that you have been assigned a note to complete:
Simply click the notification, and you'll see the note you've been assigned:
Once you're done, you can refresh your browser to see if you have any other notes to review!
