From here, you can populate the template that will be used on patient charts. There are two text commands to be aware of:
{{{ - Insert Merge Tag to Autofill Patient Information
/ - Create a dynamic Dropdown or Insert a Table
Type {{{ to open the list of available merge tags. Once you select a merge tag, Prospyr will automatically insert it using {{ }}, which is the format used to pull patient information into your Smart Note.
6. Merge Tags: Typing three open curly brackets "{{{" will allow you to insert information that will auto populate within your patient note when you call it into a patient's chart. Select the tag you want to include from the list that pops up.
7. Typing a forward slash "/" or clicking the insert button will allow you to insert a dynamic dropdown, table, consumables placeholder, photo markup, image, or flowsheet placeholder.
Dynamic dropdowns are multiple choice selectors that can also be inserted into tables.
To change the options in your dynamic dropdown, click on the gear icon.
You can also give your dropdown a name if you'd like, change the options, and add more options.
Dropdown Name: What the Dropdown will be called
Options: What the possible selections for the dropdown will be. The first option will be the default response when a question loads.
Show Label: Should the dropdown name be shown in the note.
8. Tables: To add a table, type "/" or click the insert button and click insert table. The rows and columns can be adjusted with the buttons above the highlighted box.
You can also insert dynamic dropdowns within tables!
To add/remove rows/columns within your table, type "/" then scroll down and choose the applicable option
9. Click on Save, and you're done! Your smart note is now ready for use.
