Order set templates help streamline treatment planning, making it easy to follow consistent, high-quality care paths for your patients. Here’s how to set up these templates and use them in your workflow.

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Use the search bar to look for order set.

Step 3: Locate Order Set under Documentation.

Step 4: Click to create a new template.

Step 5: Set up your template by linking staff orders manually, or describe your order set to the AI for automated generation. For example, “create an order set for a melasma diagnosis treatment plan over time.”

Step 6: Review the generated order set. Confirm the relevant staff orders are included.

Step 7: Save and create the template.

Now, let’s use the order set template with a patient.


Step 1: Open a patient’s profile.

Step 2: Click the Order Sets tab to view existing or create new order sets for this patient.

Step 3: Click to start a new order set.

Step 4: Select the melasma order set template you created.

Step 5: Customize the template as needed for this patient. Adjust orders to personalize the treatment plan.

Step 6: Create the order set. Now your team can collaborate on the patient’s care using the new melasma treatment plan.
