How to manage employee timesheets and make adjustments to clock in/clock out times.

Managing Employee Timesheets

  1. Accessing Timesheets

    • Click on "Timesheet" on the left side of the screen.

  2. Utilizing Filters

    • Use filters like User and Date to quickly search for specific information.

  3. Viewing Employee Punch Records

    • The center displays all employee punch records.

  4. Adding a New Row

    • Click on the plus sign, select the user, enter clock in/out dates, and location.

    • Click "Submit" when done.

  5. Approving and Reviewing Rows

    • Approve a row by checking the box under the "Approve" column.

    • Flag a row for review by checking the box in the "Flagged for Review" column.

    • Add notes by double-clicking in the admin note column.

    • Notes left by employees will be in the user note column.

  6. Editing and Deleting Rows

    • Double-click into the clock in time/clock out time cell to change clock in/out times.

    • Delete a row by selecting it, then clicking the trash can icon.

  7. Exporting Data

    • Export the list to a CSV file for use in Excel.

    • Click "Export to CSV" and select the desired data to download.
